Daniel Kostov — Owner & President
Daniel Kostov has more than six years of business management experience across private country clubs and large-scale corporate hospitality organizations where service standards, budget execution, and brand reputation are paramount. As President of Thrace Management, he applies that background to operational strategy and property management, aiming for excellence in every aspect of enterprise.
Daniel oversees the management of residential and commercial properties with a hands-on, performance-driven approach, focused on consistency and long-term asset value. Across his broader business management career, he has overseen operations for businesses exceeding $10 million in annual sales, delivered 10% year-over-year profit growth, maintained consistently high health and safety inspection scores, and helped drive meaningful improvements in member satisfaction ratings through stronger execution and service standards. This background reflects a delivering management philosophy built on accountability, precision, and disciplined administrative oversight.
Outside of his professional work, Daniel maintains a strong appreciation for the arts, design, and environments defined by refinement and craftsmanship. That sensibility carries into his work at Thrace Management, where professionalism, responsiveness, and a high standard of client care are emphasized in every aspect of service.
Mattias Kostov — Owner & Manager
A licensed real estate professional and construction manager since 2020, Mattias has built a reputation on operational precision and a hands-on approach that sets him apart from the typical property manager or broker. His background has given him a perspective on real estate that is equal parts investor, contractor, and operator.
On the construction side, he has personally managed the renovation of 30 units across multiple multi-family flips, while simultaneously overseeing commercial HVAC and mechanical scopes at significant scale — a total construction portfolio surpassing $20 million across residential, office, and industrial asset classes.
His property management experience was earned in practice — running 30+ rental units with a disciplined focus on turn cycles, maintenance efficiency, and protecting long-term asset value for ownership.
Mattias holds his realtor’s licence through Gold Group Realty, providing Thrace Management clients with fully integrated transactional support across acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing — all under one roof.
Dima Tukan — Owner & Treasurer
Dumitru (Dima) Tukan is a Senior Financial Analyst at Thomson Reuters with nearly five years of experience in finance analytics and business intelligence. In his current role, he works across a broad spectrum of financial disciplines — from go-to-market finance and FP&A to expense management, investor relations reporting, and large-scale strategic initiatives — translating complex data into insights that drive executive decision-making.
Dima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics with a Finance Emphasis from St. Olaf College and completed coursework in Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Beyond his professional career, Dima serves as a Board Member at UWC Moldova, an organization committed to advancing international education and cross-cultural understanding — a cause he has championed since 2018. He is fluent in English, Romanian, Russian, and Spanish, and is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Nathan Chin — Owner & Technologist
Nathan Chin is a Senior Software Engineer at Worldwide Express, specializing in AI, automation, and large-scale system design, with over seven years of experience in software development and workflow automation. In his current role within the logistics industry, he builds and manages internal web applications that support operations responsible for millions of dollars in freight transactions daily. His work focuses on designing intelligent systems and automations that streamline processes across operations, finance, and HR, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort across the organization.
Nathan currently leads initiatives to develop, train, and deploy machine learning models that automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance decision-making across business units. His expertise spans AI-driven automation, distributed systems, and applied machine learning, with a strong focus on delivering practical solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Nathan is a Gilman Scholarship Alumni Ambassador promoting international education through mentorship, testimonials, and public speaking, and has worked across multiple industries including logistics, education, finance, and real estate, applying software and automation to solve complex operational challenges.
Outside of his professional work, Nathan enjoys rock climbing, playing guitar, and studying languages, reflecting his passion for both creative expression and continuous learning.
